About
Aqsa Zulfiqar is a full-stack engineer based in Pakistan and CEO & CTO of PACSAL (opens in new tab), where she leads executive operations and technology direction — from technical decisions to how products and systems are delivered. Before that she was CTO at vweb.dev, architecting and shipping production SaaS platforms like EAMS, from system design to deployment. She also led the design of CyberTool.dev.
Over 3+ years she has worked as a Laravel developer at Algorydhem and Stacks Horizon, specializing in PHP/Laravel, building dynamic frontend interfaces and efficient, scalable backend systems, and collaborating with remote teams via Git/GitHub.
